Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by pkluck may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. pkluck will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the player's account in real time under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within thirty minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 Bangladesh Standard Time). Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to pkluck, where the funds have been used for wagering, constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkluck reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and recover any funds credited as a result of a fraudulent or erroneous chargeback.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pkluck are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports betting markets 50–100% depending on the odds and market type. All bets are accepted subject to availability of the relevant market. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a unique bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen and/or sent to your registered contact details. pkluck reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a market has been suspended, where a price error has occurred, or where there is evidence of suspicious betting activity.
The minimum stake for a sports bet on pkluck is ৳50. Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per day, and are displayed within the relevant betting market at the time of bet placement. pkluck may apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by the betting pattern of a specific account.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at any time during an event. pkluck uses live data feeds to manage in-play markets; however, pkluck does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and shall not be liable for the unavailability of any live market during an event. All in-play bets are final once confirmed.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment before the required minimum play period, obvious price errors, duplicate bet submissions resulting from a technical fault, or where the settlement of a market is rendered impossible by an unforeseen event. The decision to void a bet rests solely with pkluck and is final.
For all cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures: match winner markets require the match to be completed in full (with no further play required to determine a winner) for bets to stand. In the event of a result determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bets will stand and be settled according to the official match result. Player performance markets (runs scored, wickets taken) are settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
